Shirley is one of the best. 'Top Notch' fits the epitome of what she has molded her business into from the ground up. 24 years this past September with this awesome gal. Shirley knows nails inside, outside, and upside down! Respectable, clean, sterile. Everything you could ever want or ask for 🙂
